Data is from the January 2017 UBS Evidence Lab report titled "US Internet & Interactive Entertainment: Convergence of Digital Media & Ecommerce." 2,000 US internet users ages 13+ were surveyed online in November 2016. The sample was representative of the population distribution in gender, age, geography, household size and household income. The margin of error for the full sample is +/- 2% at a 90% confidence level. Similar surveys were conducted in November 2014, May 2015, November 2015 and June 2016.
