    Data is from the April 2017 Acxiom report titled "Expectations vs. Experience: Are Travel Suppliers Hitting the Mark?" in partnership with Phocuswright. 3,311 US internet users ages 20-75 were surveyed online during March 10-15, 2017. Respondents were business (n=1,694) and leisure (n=1,617) travelers. Respondents had taken at least 1 leisure or business trip at least 75 miles from home that included paid lodging or air travel; booked a car rental, cruise, flight or hotel; and played an active role in planning their leisure trips in the past 12 months. The margin of error is +/-1.7 percentage points at the 95% confidence level.
