Data is from the December 2015 Harvard University Institute of Politics report titled "Survey of Young Americans' Attitudes Toward Politics and Public Service: 28th Edition" conducted by GfK. 2,011 US adults ages 18-29 from GfK's KnowledgePanel were surveyed online during October 30-November 9, 2015. Respondents were recruited by telephone and mail to participate in the web-enabled KnowledgePanel, a probability-based panel designed to be representative of the US population. Interviews were conducted in both English and Spanish. The margin of error is +/-2.8 percentage points at a 95% confidence level.
