Data is from the February 2016 PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) report titled "They Say They Want a Revolution: Total Retail 2016." 22,618 digital buyers ages 18+ worldwide, including 1,000 in the US, were surveyed online during August-September 2015. This survey encompassed 26 countries/regions: Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Denmark, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, the Middle East, Poland, Russia, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey, the UK and the US. Respondents had shopped online at least once in the past year.
