This survey encompassed 26 countries/regions: Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Denmark, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, the Middle East, Poland, Russia, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey, the UK and the US. Respondents had shopped online at least once in the past year.
