    Data is from the March 2017 Centre national du cinéma et de l'image animée (CNC) report titled "L'économie de la télévision de rattrapage en 2016." Data on played catch-up TV videos and hours is based on a CNC survey conducted by www.tv-replay.fr among 23 free-to-air domestic broadcasters in France offering catch-up programs digitally (6ter, Arte, C8, Canal+ en clair, Chérie 25, CStar, France 2, France 3, France 4, France 5, France Ô, Gulli, HD1, LCP Assemblée Nationale, M6, NRJ12, NT1, Numéro 23, Public Sénat, RMC Découverte, TF1, TMC and W9). Data on catch-up TV video views is based on a CNC survey conducted by NPA Conseil and GfK in collaboration with Canal+ Régie, France Télévisions Publicité, Lagardère Publicité, M6 Publicité Digital, TF1 Publicité Digital and TMC Régie using Médiamétrie eStat streaming, Nedstats, comScore Inc., Omniture, Flurry Analytics, A&T Internet and broadcasters' figures. 21 channels from TV groups and cable networks in France were covered during 2016, namely 1ère, 6ter, C8, Canal+, CNews (owned by Canal+), CStar, France 2, France 3, France 4, France 5, France Ô (owned by France Télévisions), Gulli, HD1, LCI (owned by TF1), M6, NT1, Paris Première, Piwi+, Télétoon+, Teva (owned by M6), TF1, TMC and W9. Data on catch-up TV users and usage is based on an online CNC survey conducted monthly by Harris Interactive among 1,200 internet users ages 15+ in France. Since January 2016, the survey is conducted by Vertigo among 1,000 internet users ages 15+.
