Emails sent by 100 retailers in North America from the Internet Retailer Top 500 were analyzed by utilizing MailCharts, a third-party tool, during July-December 2017. Industries of the retailers analyzed included apparel (including accessories, jewelry and shoes), big-box specialty, department store, health & beauty, home goods and sporting goods.
