Data is from the August 2016 Campaign Monitor report titled "How Marketing Automation Stacks Up" conducted by Market Cube. 512 US marketers from small to medium-sized companies across multiple industries were surveyed online in April 2016. Respondents were from B2B companies (43%), B2C companies (25%) and both B2B and B2C companies (32%). The survey was not based on a probability sample and therefore no estimate of theoretical sampling error can be calculated. Campaign Monitor is an email marketing service provider. Market Cube is an online sample and research operations company.
