Data is from the February 2017 Direct Marketing Association UK (DMA UK) "DMA Insight: Marketer email tracking study 2017" sponsored by dotmailer. 209 UK marketers (42% B2B and 58% B2C) were surveyed online during October-December 2016. A wide range of both DMA members and nonmembers were surveyed. Respondents included a cross-section of company types and sizes.
