    Data is from the July 2015 Ascend2 "Lead Generation Strategy Trends Survey Summary Report." 300 marketing professionals worldwide were surveyed online during July 2015. Respondents were from B2B (80%) and B2C companies (20%). Respondents identified their role as CEO/COO/CMO/CSO, etc. (31%), marketing VP/director/manager (30%), sales VP/director/manager (14%), marketing or sales staff (18%) and other (7%). Respondents identified the number of employees at their company as fewer than 50 (54%), between 50-500 (31%) and more than 500 (15%).
