    Data is from the March 2016 Institut National de la Statistique et des Etudes Economiques (INSEE) report titled "Enquêtes sur les TIC auprès des ménages 2007 à 2015." Consumers ages 15+ in approximately 27,000 households in France were surveyed during April-May 2015. Of these, 3,500 households in metropolitan France and 100 in each of France's 4 overseas departments (DOMs) were surveyed via computer-assisted telephone interview (CATI). 22,000 other households in metropolitan France and 1,000 for all of France's 4 DOMs were surveyed via paper questionnaire or online.
