Data is from the May 2017 FIS "2017 FIS Consumer Banking PACE Report" conducted by Kantar TNS. Approximately 1,000 internet users ages 18-75 each in 8 countries were surveyed online by Kantar TNS during November-December 2016. Countries included Australia, Brazil, Canada, Germany, India, Thailand, the UK and the US. Respondents have a checking or equivalent account with a financial institution and household financial decision-making authority.
