Data is from the February 2016 Vietnam Ecommerce Association (VECOM) report titled "Viet Nam E-Business Index 2015." 4,735 businesses in Vietnam were surveyed during September-November 2015. 44% of businesses surveyed were limited liability companies, 34% were joint-stock companies, 11% were private enterprises, 4% were state-owned enterprises, 4% were companies with foreign capital and 3% were other types of businesses.
