Data is from the October 2015 Magnetic and Retail TouchPoints study titled "Closing the Gap Between People's Expectations & Retail Realities." 200 internet users in Canada and the US ages 18-64 were surveyed online in April 2015. 53% of respondents were female and 47% were male. Respondents were ages 18-24 (5%), 25-34 (24%), 35-44 (24%), 45-54 (25%) and 55-64 (22%). Additionally, 100 retail executives were surveyed.
