    Data is from the July 2015 Bazaarvoice study titled "The Conversation Index Volume 9" and is based on a sample dataset from the Bazaarvoice network of over 57 million reviews and more than 35 billion product pageviews. In addition, the data has been supplemented by the results of the April 2015 Google Consumer Survey on how people use consumer-generated content, written by Bazaarvoice and conducted by Google. 2,061 financial services, 2,009 automotive and 7,546 offline review use respondents ages 18+ from Australia, Germany, the Netherlands, the UK and the US were surveyed in April 2015.
