Data is from the August 2016 Turkish Statistical Institute "Information And Communication Technology (ICT) Usage Survey on Households And Individuals, 2016." Results are based on a survey of consumers ages 16-74 conducted every April in Turkey. Questionnaires are prepared based on a model questionnaire prepared and recommended by Eurostat and adapted to conditions in Turkey.
