Data is from the April 2017 VR Intelligence and VRX Europe "Virtual Reality Industry Survey." 523 virtual reality (VR) professionals worldwide from the VR Intelligence network were surveyed in March 2017. Among those surveyed, 20% worked in VR technology, 48% were content creators/developers, 18% were consultancy analysts/press and 14% were industry end-users (core business lies in architecture, auto, education, engineering, enterprise, medical, retail, etc.). VR Intelligence is a worldwide network of senior-level decision-makers in virtual reality.
