    Data is from the October 2016 Boston Retail Partners "Digital Commerce Survey 2016" sponsored by EarthLink, Manhattan Associates, NetSuite, Orckestra, Radial and Salesforce. More than 500 retail executives in North America were surveyed online during June-July 2016. Respondents were primarily C-level executives or VPs. Retail categories included in the study were drugstores (2%), general merchandise (10%), grocery, food and beverage (6%), hospitality (6%), specialty hard goods (39%), specialty soft goods (29%) and other (8%).
