    Data is from the October 2016 Boston Retail Partners "2016 Customer Experience/Unified Commerce Benchmark Survey" sponsored by Radial. More than 500 retail executives in North America were surveyed online during March-April 2016. Respondents were primarily C-level executives, directors of IT or VPs. Retail categories included in the study were drugstores (2%), general merchandise (9%), grocery, food and beverage (5%), specialty hard goods (33%), specialty soft goods (36%), restaurant (2%) and other (13%).
