    Data is from the August 2016 Harvard Business Review Analytics Services report titled "Accelerating the Pace and Impact of Digital Transformation" in association with Genpact. 682 business professionals worldwide from a variety of industries were surveyed in Q2 2016. Respondents were from Europe (37%), North America (38%) and the rest of the world (25%). Respondents identified their role as board member/executives manager (13%), middle manager (37%), senior manager (35%) and other (15%). Respondents identified their department as finance (9%), general management (8%), human resources (9%), IT (9%), marketing/sales (15%), operations (14%) and other (37%). Respondents were from companies with between 1,000-4,999 employees (19%), between 5,000-9,999 employees (13%) and 10,000 or more employees (68%). Genpact provides digitally-powered business process management and services.
