    Data is from the January 2015 Salesforce Marketing Cloud report titled "2015 State of Marketing." 5,053 marketers worldwide from a variety of industries were surveyed online during October 28-November 25, 2014. Respondents were from Australia (n=252), Brazil (n=430), Canada (n=250), France (n=253), Germany (n=251), Japan (n=251), the Nordics including Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden (n=114), the UK (n=250) and the US (n=3,002). Respondents identified their role as analyst (4%), associate (4%), CMO (8%), coordinator (7%), designer (5%), developer (6%), director or equivalent (13%), manager or equivalent (28%), owner or equivalent (10%), self-employed or consultant (8%), VP (5%) and other (2%). Respondents identified the their company type as B2B (44%) and B2C (56%). Respondents identified the number of employees at their company as between 1-200 (39%), between 201-2,500 (50%) and more than 2,500 (11%).
