Data is from the February 2017 Vietnam Ecommerce Association (VECOM) report titled "Vietnam E-commerce Index 2017." 3,566 businesses in Vietnam were surveyed during August-November 2016. 45% of businesses surveyed were limited liability companies, 34% were joint-stock companies, 11% were private enterprises, 5% were state-owned enterprises, 3% were foreign-invested companies and 3% were other types of businesses.
