    Data is from the June 2015 eTail study titled "Trends in Digital Retail: Engaging & Converting Through Personalization & Omnichannel Excellence" commissioned by Sailthru, Criteo and Soasta. 94 US retail professionals from various industries including apparel, beauty, books, consumer electronics, department stores, hard and soft goods and music were surveyed in-person and online during February-March 2015. In-person surveys and interviews were conducted onsite at the 2014 eTail West conference. Respondents included decision-makers and executives responsible for their company's marketing, ecommerce, sales and operations capabilities and strategies.
