    Data is from the November 2015 Demand Metric "Customer Lifecycle Marketing Benchmark Report" sponsored by Pardot. 170 marketing professionals worldwide were surveyed online during August 12-October 5, 2015. Respondents were from North America (92%), Asia-Pacific (4%) and the rest of the world (4%). Respondents identified their primary role as CEO, president or owner (20%), marketing (62%), sales (7%) and other (11%). Respondents were from B2B companies (59%), B2C companies (15%) and companies that are a blend of B2B and B2C (27%). Respondents identified their company's annual sales as less than $10 million (42%), between $10 million-$24 million (20%), $25 million-$99 million (9%), $100 million-$499 million (15%), $500 million-$999 million (4%) and $1 billion or more (10%).
