    Data is from the February 2017 Thrive Analytics "Local Pulse Report: 2017 Key Highlights." 1,067 US SMBs were surveyed online during January 19-30, 2017. Respondents identified the size of their businesses as sole proprietor (30%), 2-4 employees (38%), 5-9 employees (16%), 10-19 employees (7%), 20-25 employees (2%) and 25+ employees (7%). Respondents identified their company as “at-your-service” (e.g., carpet cleaners, locksmiths, pest control) (17%), automotive (e.g., boats, motorcycles, new cars) (7%), B2B (e.g., manufacturers, wholesalers) (1%), “build-it” (e.g., building materials, contractors, windows) (11%), healthcare (e.g., dentists, hospitals, physicians, veterinarians) (10%), knowledge services (e.g., banks, education, insurance) (18%), lifestyle (e.g., florists, furniture, real estate, restaurants) (21%) and maintain & repair (e.g., body shops, HVAC, plumbers, roofing) (15%).
