    Data is from the February 2016 Totango "SaaS Metrics Report." 310 software-as-a-service (SaaS) professionals worldwide were surveyed during November 24, 2015-January 4, 2016. Respondents identified their job function as customer success/account management (46%), marketing (11%), sales (11%), operations (10%), products (8%), customer support (4%) and other (10%). Respondents identified their job titles as C-level (20%), director (28%), manager (32%), VP (12%) and other (10%).
