    Data is from the June 2016 "Ipsos Affluent Survey Europe 2016." 27,751 consumers ages 21-74 in 21 countries in Europe were surveyed online and via computer-assisted telephone interviewing (CATI) during January 12-December 20, 2015. Each respondent was screened to ensure they passed certain minimum household income thresholds established as representing the top 13% of the population in their country. Respondents were from Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia (Moscow and St. Petersburg only), Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey (Ankara, Istanbul and Izmir) and the UK. The Affluent Survey Europe is part of the Ipsos suite of affluent surveys, which now covers 51 countries worldwide, reflecting approximately 133 million adults.
