    Data is from the December 2016 Eurostat report titled "ICT Usage in Households and by Individuals 2016" as cited in press release. Individuals ages 16-74 and households with at least 1 person ages 16-74 in 28 EU member countries and Norway, the Republic of Macedonia and Turkey were surveyed during Q2 2016. Households were asked about internet access at home by any member of the household. Individuals were asked about activities they had carried out on the internet in the 3 or 12 months prior to the survey at home or in any other location.
