    Data is from the September 2016 Syndicat National de la Communication Directe (SNCD) report titled "Étude EMA - Email Marketing Attitude BtoC 2016" conducted by NP6 in collaboration with 1000mercis Group, Contactlab and Predictys. 2,669 internet users ages 15+ in France were surveyed online during April 22-June 5, 2016. Respondents were newsletter subscribers of NP6 partner companies, including Canal+, Easyvoyage and L'Express. The sample was adjusted to be representative of internet users in France for age, gender and socioprofessional category. 1000mercis Group is a company in France specializing in interactive advertising and marketing. Contactlab is a digital direct marketing services provider based in Italy. NP6 is an email and SMS marketing solution provider in France. Predictys is an email marketing and data services agency in France.
