UK Ad Blocking, Slowing Growth, but a Problem Yet to be Solved

London, UK (June 7, 2017) — More than one-fifth (20.9%) of UK internet users, totaling 11.4 million, will use ad blocking software this year, according to eMarketer’s latest forecasts. This represents a slight downward adjustment from last year’s estimates, with user growth beginning to slow, dropping to single digits in 2018.
