eMarketer Celebrates Diversity and Inclusion

June 21, 2017 (New York, NY) – As the world celebrates LGBTQ+ Pride, eMarketer is proud to announce the establishment of the employee-led Inclusion Council, which aims to celebrate and cultivate diversity, regardless of race, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, age or identity.

“eMarketer’s culture is all about people – how we treat each other, how we recruit, train and develop our staff, and how we make sure that everyone has a voice and can be heard,” said Co-Founder and Chief Innovation Officer Geoff Ramsey.
The eMarketer Inclusion Council is committed to developing a professional community that encourages peers to embrace and celebrate diversity and inclusion throughout all levels of the organization.

“We’re thrilled that in just a few months, eMarketer’s Inclusion Council has developed innovative programming, including lunch & learns, mentorship programs and group discussions, designed to recognize and empower employees,” said Council member Christine Anene. Looking ahead, the Council plans to expand programming across the company and positively impact the employee experience.

“On behalf of everyone on the eMarketer team, I am delighted for us to join in the celebration, support and encouragement of LGBTQ+ Pride month, which promotes the central ideas of freedom and inclusion for all voices,” said Ramsey.
